These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZLIFE website and your engagement with ZLIFE's programmes and services. Please read them carefully.Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC ("ZLIFE", "we", "us", "our") is a longevity governance and health optimisation company operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our website or services. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 1. About ZLIFE
ZLIFE designs and oversees personalised longevity and health optimisation programmes for individuals and families. Our services are non-clinical, preventive, and advisory in nature. We operate as a coordination and integration partner, working alongside licensed independent medical professionals and specialist practitioners to deliver a fully integrated programme experience.
ZLIFE does not operate as a medical clinic, hospital, or regulated healthcare provider. 2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By engaging with us, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Where minor family members participate in a ZLIFE family programme, such participation is governed exclusively by the ZLIFE Family Programme Agreement and requires the written consent of a parent or legal guardian in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

3. Nature of Our Services
ZLIFE provides non-clinical, preventive, advisory, and coordination services, which may include:
personalised longevity and health optimisation programme design and delivery
coordination of biomarker testing and clinical services through licensed independent medical providers
integration of clinical insights into personalised lifestyle, nutrition, recovery, and performance strategies
coordination of specialist professionals including nutritionists, personal trainers, chefs, and wellbeing practitioners
programme oversight, progress monitoring, and continuous refinementconcierge support related to programme coordination and delivery

All medical testing, clinical interpretation, and medical decision-making are performed exclusively by licensed independent medical professionals who retain full clinical responsibility for their services.

ZLIFE does not:
diagnose medical conditions
provide medical treatment or clinical intervention
prescribe medication or supplements
offer psychological or psychiatric therapy
replace a client's personal physician or healthcare team
Our services are designed to complement, not replace, medical care. You are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with your personal healthcare providers throughout your engagement with ZLIFE.

3A. Relationship to Client Agreements
These Terms govern general access to our website and your initial engagement with ZLIFE. Once a programme commences, your rights and obligations are governed primarily by your signed Client Agreement or Family Programme Agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict. These Terms continue to apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with your signed agreement.

4. Engagement & Service Commencement
All ZLIFE programmes are individually designed and delivered following a structured onboarding process. No programme commences until the following conditions have been met:
a Client Agreement or Family Programme Agreement has been signed by all relevant parties
programme scope, duration, and investment have been confirmed in writing
payment terms have been agreed and initial payment received in accordance with the agreed schedule

ZLIFE reserves the right to decline an engagement where, in its professional judgement, the programme is not appropriate for the prospective client's circumstances. In such cases, any fees paid prior to programme commencement will be returned in full.

5. Programme Investment & Payment
Programme investment is determined individually for each client based on the scope, duration, and structure of the programme, and is confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
all fees are confirmed and agreed before any services commence
payment schedules are set out in the individual Client Agreement or Family Programme Agreement
programme fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
ZLIFE reserves the right to suspend programme delivery in the event of non-payment until outstanding amounts are settled
any fees that have fallen due but remain unpaid at the point of suspension or termination continue to be owed and are recoverable by ZLIFE

All pricing is exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or third-party costs that fall outside the agreed programme scope.6. Cancellation & TerminationBy the client: You may terminate your engagement with ZLIFE at any time by providing written notice to management@zlifeinnovation.com Upon termination, all fees paid prior to the date of termination are non-refundable, and any fees that have fallen due but remain unpaid shall continue to be owed and recoverable by ZLIFE.

By ZLIFE: ZLIFE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a programme engagement in the following circumstances:
non-payment of agreed fees
material breach of the Client Agreement or these Terms by the client
provision of false, incomplete, or materially misleading information by the client
circumstances arising that make continued programme delivery inadvisable in ZLIFE's professional judgement, provided that such judgement is exercised reasonably and in good faith
Where ZLIFE terminates an engagement other than for non-payment or client breach, fees paid for services not yet delivered will be returned on a pro-rata basis.

7. Client Responsibilities
In engaging with ZLIFE, you agree to:
provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
disclose any material changes to your health status promptly
engage with the programme in good faith and with reasonable consistency
follow the guidance of licensed medical professionals where clinical matters arise
accept personal responsibility for health and lifestyle decisions made in connection with the programme
ZLIFE's ability to deliver an effective and precisely tailored programme depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

8. Third-Party Service Providers
ZLIFE coordinates programmes that involve a range of independent third-party professionals and service providers, including licensed medical professionals, laboratories, personal trainers, nutritionists, chefs, and wellbeing practitioners. ZLIFE selects and engages these professionals as part of its programme coordination role. All clinical professionals retain full responsibility for their own services and operate within their own licensed scope of practice.Each third-party provider:
operates independently within their own licensed scope of practice
retains full responsibility for the quality and delivery of their own services
maintains their own professional licences, registrations, and insurance coverage
ZLIFE is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or professional conduct of third-party service providers. Any concerns relating to the services of a third-party provider should be directed to that provider in the first instance. ZLIFE will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating any such communications.

9. Health & Medical Disclaimer9. Your Rights
ZLIFE's programmes are designed to support long-term wellbeing, health optimisation, and biological resilience through non-clinical, preventive, and lifestyle-based approaches.

By engaging with ZLIFE, you acknowledge and agree that:
ZLIFE's guidance is advisory and does not constitute medical advice
no specific medical outcome or result is guaranteed
programme outcomes depend on individual biology, starting health status, consistency of engagement, and factors outside ZLIFE's control
you remain responsible for all personal health decisions and for seeking medical advice from licensed professionals where appropriate
ZLIFE's services are not suitable as a substitute for emergency medical care or treatment of acute medical conditions
If you experience a medical emergency at any time during your programme, please contact the relevant emergency services immediately.

10. Confidentiality
ZLIFE treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal, health, and programme-related information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations that extend beyond the duration of your programme engagement.

11. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, programme structures, methodologies, branding, creative assets, and documentation produced by ZLIFE are the exclusive intellectual property of Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any ZLIFE materials without prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from retaining and using your own programme documents — including your Client Agreement, health data reports, and programme plans — for your personal use.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZLIFE's liability in connection with these Terms and the services provided is limited as follows:
ZLIFE is not liable for clinical outcomes, medical decisions, or the professional conduct of third-party medical providers
ZLIFE is not liable for personal health decisions made by the client based on advisory guidance
ZLIFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature
ZLIFE is not liable for loss of income, business opportunity, or data
ZLIFE's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total programme fees paid by you to ZLIFE
Nothing in these Terms limits ZLIFE's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZLIFE, its directors, employees, and authorised representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
your breach of these Terms or your Client Agreement
the provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information by you
your failure to follow medical advice or to seek appropriate medical care
This indemnification does not extend to claims arising from ZLIFE's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Force Majeure
ZLIFE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond ZLIFE's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, government action, civil unrest, travel restrictions, the unavailability of key personnel due to illness or injury, or the failure of third-party service providers.In such circumstances, ZLIFE will notify affected clients as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable efforts to resume performance. If the force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the engagement by written notice, with no liability to the other party beyond fees already paid for services already delivered.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution16. Severability
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your engagement with ZLIFE, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so that we can seek to resolve the matter promptly and amicably.If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. The parties may, by separate written agreement at the time of the dispute, elect to refer the matter to arbitration conducted under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), seated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with proceedings conducted in the English language.For all notices and formal correspondence under these Terms, ZLIFE may be contacted at:

17. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or applicable law.Where we make material changes, we will notify active clients directly by email prior to the changes taking effect. The current version of these Terms will always be available on our website with the effective date clearly stated.Your continued use of our website or services following notification of material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not wish to accept the updated Terms, you should cease using our website and notify us in writing.
